Celebrating love should not have to mean only talking about love between a man and a woman, like the out-of-touch ideas of Valentine’s Day often propel. RU Student Life’s goal this Valentine’s is to spread love in general, whether that be for your dog, your favourite food, your parents, travelling, the way your prof teaches, or your love for your partner or partners. We want you to do the same and share your love stories, whatever that means for you, using #RUinLove.
You might remember passing out Valentine’s cards in class and collecting special notes from your friends, and maybe even your crush. We’re selling heart-o-grams and candies that you can send to your friends, a staff member, or maybe that cutie you’ve been hanging out with in-between classes.
