“Becoming Canadian” Photo Contest

To celebrate the hosting of a Citizenship Ceremony in partnership with Citizenship and Immigration Canada, the Cultural Awareness Committee of Ryerson University is creating a photo exhibition on the theme of “Becoming Canadian.” Photos will be accepted for submission until October 19th, 2015. The top 25 submissions will be displayed in the Sears Atrium during the reception of the Citizenship Ceremony on Monday, November 2, 2015 12pm – 1:30pm.

Becoming Canadian: What Does it Look Like to You?

Submit up to three high quality photos (uncompressed, 4-6 MB) of what becoming Canadian means to you.

Submission Guidelines

Please include with your submission: Your name, program or department, year of study or position, email address and phone number.

Optional: Describe your photo and why it’s important to you, in two to three sentences per photo.

Deadline to submit: October 19th, 2015.

How to submit: Email your photos or Share using Google Drive to: issrsvp@ryerson.ca

Prizes!

Three prize draws of $50 gift cards will be awarded to individuals whose photos have been chosen to be featured in the exhibition. We look forward to seeing your submissions!
