Ever wonder if you’re the only one feeling a certain way? Ever feel alone or like you don’t belong?Whatever you’re feeling, we have a Take Care group for you.

Our Take Care groups bring together students who want to foster personal growth, to overcome a personal challenge, or simply to be the best you can be. We want to help students to tell their stories while building community; the best strategy for optimizing your mental health.

 


WHAT TO EXPECT

• A trained counsellor will lead the group and guide the process. They will help you find your place.
• Share with others what and how much you want.
• Learn and grow with 5-15 other students.

HOW DO I START?

Book an initial appointment to meet with a counsellor to find out if Take Care groups are right for you. In most cases, they will be. However, if you are in crisis, or are really struggling with your mental health, we may recommend more intensive support.
