Faculty of Arts has its own orientation for new students on August 28th! On that day, you will meet other students in your program. There will also be a Program Orientation in the morning where you will meet upper year, staff and faculty members in your programs and learn what your program is really all about.

In addition, you will be treated to a FREE BBQ picnic in our beautiful Quad. Enjoy live music, awesome games (think GIANT JENGA), great prizes and lots of helpful advice from people who have been exactly where you are.

Time: Students can sign up for either the morning or afternoon on site sessions, 9:00A.M. to Noon or 1:00P.M. to 4:00P.M. The School of Fashion will provide the bus transportation from the Ryerson Campus, to and from the Danier site.

Additional Information: Danier Design Challenge overview will be presented and discussed.
Danier Leather Inc., a leading Canadian manufacturer and retailer of high-end leather garments, created a competition (that is running for the fourth year) during the 2012-2013 academic year. Danier recognizes Ryerson University School of Fashion’s vital role in the education of future Canadian designers through the development of this competition.

Disability Studies is a Part-time degree completion program therefore our timings for various events such as orientation and awards ceremony falls outside the full time program timings.
